cdE - stacking dE together
This is the same as cPNe was before - looking at a stacked image of all
the dE (or dE/N) in the sample.
(each is 80 pixels wide)
Same code (slight modifications for file names) as before, finding
pixel coordinates of all dE, cropping the main FITS image around each
target, and co-adding them all together.
