Things we talked about that need to be done, soon: -opacity correction for the higher column densities - that explains the funny upper and lower envelopes that we saw on the correlation plots -change the regions in lower, mid, upper percentiles to display black on white, instead of white on black, to save toner -make moment maps of the spectral components that are obvious in the averaged spectra from the percentile regions -need to fix the correlation graph... and maybe throw out every other pixel, since they are oversampled... or resample the original cube on 6'.1 pixels... something about hgeom in AIPS running some more of the moment maps on the whole cube in /home/scratch/sjanowie/mom/ 1810 heading out...
